Fire Rated Surface Vertical Exit Device is made of stainless steel designed and manufactured according to ANSI A156.3 Grade 1 standard. Exit devices are UL Listed for panic and fire hardware for life safety. Touchbar style Exit Device is highly regarded by architects and end-users as well as many of the nation’s largest health care and educational facilities. Simple operation with few moving parts, manufactured with true ANSI/BHMA architectural finishes. The chassis is constructed from investment cast steel and the universal mounting holes provide an easier retrofit installation. For single or double door applications where two point latch is desirable. Fits on 1-3/4” (44mm) to 2-1/4” (63.5mm) thick, up to 4‘0” wide by 10’0 high openings. Furnished standard for 1-3/4” thick, 3”.0 wide by 7‘0” high openings specify door thickness when ordered. Minimum stile width 4-1/2” (114mm). Meets or exceeds Grade 1 Specifications.
